Our Somerset Nursing Home in Frome Was All Loved Up For Its Free Valentine’s Day Lunch
Love was in the air for Frome Nursing Home as it celebrated Valentine’s Day with a free lunch for the community. Those most in need of delicious homemade food and good company were invited to the newly redecorated home for the celebrations.
Those who live in the home, their families and visitors to the home enjoyed homemade Hunters Chicken, prosecco and ice cream as well as the loving atmosphere. The single red rose for everyone was very popular too. The team at Frome Nursing Home are always organising exciting events to ensure the creation of a home, to make people’s care journeys as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Maggie Rhodes, Manager at Frome Nursing Home, said to us “It was great to see love in the air as people celebrated Valentine’s Day. One of the visitors even brought along gifts for everyone, which was a really nice touch. We loved the heart-warming poetry and songs about individuals’ loves of the past and present too! We all really enjoy welcoming visitors into the home for fantastic events like these. We can’t wait for our celebrations of Pancake Day with the community.”
