Burns Night
Our Somerset Nursing Home in Frome is opening its doors once again, this time in celebration of Burns Night for a free homemade lunch. The community is invited to come along to the recently redecorated home for a lunch celebrating the life and times of the Scottish poet.
Maggie Rhodes, Manager at Frome Nursing Home, said to us “We’ve really enjoyed welcoming the community into the home for our previous events. It has been a great chance to get to know our neighbours and welcome guests into our home. Burns’ Night has always been an important celebration for those living in the home, so we were really keen to continue the celebrations with them.”
The free Burns Night Lunch all kicks off at 1pm in the newly redecorated Woodlands building. Guests will get to enjoy a two course meal made in the home by the chef using local ingredients as well as bagpipe music.
If you or someone you know would like to come along to the free lunch then please get in touch. For more details please email arrangingsupport@fromecarevillage.comn or call 0117 287 2566.
